The George Bush Shoe Incident (Funny)

Here is a funny incident involving President Bush. It is an Iraqi journalist throwing two shoes at the President. It’s funny to me because President Bush actually dodges them quite well. Check it out below.

Hot New Controversy Involving Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich

This is the hottest controversy in the media right now. According to a report by the Chicago Tribune, the Governor of Illinois Rod Blagojevich has been arrested for trying to sell the vacated Senate seat of President-Elect Barack Obama. Here is what he said yesterday to defend himself:

One day later here is what is going on:

This must be the dumbest Governor in US history. Stay tuned to see how this one plays out.

George Bush Admitting He Sucks

This is a short video clip of George W. Bush admitting he was unprepared for war. It’s not like we all didn’t know this already, but he decides to admit it now because he on his way out. I guess this is a way to get this off his chest to relieve some stress.

He then mentions how he thinks people perceive what being the president is like. I think he is off in his own little world. This guy is clueless to what is real.

No wonder he will go down as the “suckiest” President in history.

Tom Brokaw Is An Idiot

If you needed any more proof that liberal media members don’t give a damn about the state of the economy or the American people, and instead just want to raise taxes, you got it Sunday when Tom Brokaw advocated gas prices, which have plummeted recently, be kept at $4 a gallon with government keeping the added cost.

Coming just two days after it was announced that America lost over 500,000 jobs in November, Brokaw, in what could be his last performance as “Meet the Press” host, actually asked Barack Obama why taxes shouldn’t be dramatically raised on gasoline with revenues to be spent on alternative energy, and to send a signal that folks won’t be able to “just fill up [their] tank for 20 bucks anymore.”

Here’s what Brokaw said:

Let’s talk for a moment about consumer responsibility when it comes to the auto industries. As soon as gas prices dropped, consumers moved back to the larger cars once again. The SUVs are the big gas consumers. Why not take this opportunity to put a tax on gasoline, bump it back up to $4 a gallon where people were prepared to pay for that, and use that revenue for alternative energy and as a signal to the consumers: “Those days are gone. We’re not going to have gasoline that you could just fill up your tank for 20 bucks anymore.”

Seems to me like he doesn’t care about us little people. I actually have much respect for Tom Brokaw, but he crossed the line on this one. I don’t think he understands how much of an impact $4 gas is on the lower class. Most of us can’t even afford to ride around in big SUVs anyway. He needs to get a grip.

Collegetown Controversy

Part one of a small controversial collegetown. Amherst, located in western Massachustts and in the center of the Connecticut river valley. The town is home to Amherst College, Hampshire College and the state’s flagship university, UMass. Many politicians, writers, actors, musicians and sports figures have attended the various schools over the years. A few were also raised in Amherst.

Nationally known for being quite liberal, some of it’s residents as well as the student population can be extremely over- opinionated. While some of the controversy can be serious, other topics are unexpectedly humorous.

Here is where common sense and the so-called educated know-it-all rarely collide.

New Sarah Palin Controversy

Sarah Palin was in hot water when she implied that some areas were Pro America and perhaps others were not. Watch her sing and dance her way out of this one. Glad she never became our VP and potential President. I think America saw through her all along.
